Per my NAP with UK get on board with the Embargo of USA and maintian a line of communication with the Americans and look for a place to meet in common ground so we can lift this embargo.
Condemn the attacks by the Communist. Continue to mobilize forces in Europe and remind Germany that they should proceed carefully and diplomaticly.
Recruit another 60,000 troops Build a batch of 250 B17 heavy bombers and 450 of the American tanks we have a license to build.

Section 4: -Begin research on a different AA/AT auto-cannon based off the Japanese Type 90 20mm S1 (Oerlikon 20mm S1 with different designation) with a 32.7 x 170 mm RB cartridge, Oerlikon API Blowback action. ROF should be around 300 RPM for the first prototype. Muzzle velocity should be around 900 m/s (Done) -Begin research on a high velocity 57mm gun (done) -Begin research on a ground strike aircraft powered by two Ha26 900 HP engines, carrying the Type 96 32.7mm autocannon (100 rounds), 2 13.2mm MGs (500 rounds each) and 2 20mm (200 rounds each) autocannons, it should be armored around the nose (front) 12mm, (sides) 4mm, and the engines receive protection of 4mm, as well as glass thick enough to protect the crew from small arms fire. (done) Begin research on the Nakajima Ki-49 (done) -Begin research on the Yokosuka D4Y Suisei Dive bomber 2 turns
Development: -Develop a quadruple mount for the Type 90 13.2mm Machinegun. (done) -Develop from the type-95 Ha-go an amphibious version (Given from what it seems is needed as support for our infantry during an amphibious assault) all-welded hull with rubber seals in place of the riveted armor. Intended to be water-tight. Large, hollow pontoons made from steel plates attached to the front glacis plate and rear decking to give the necessary buoyancy. The front pontoon is to be internally divided into two "symmetrical sections" and each one divided into three separate watertight compartments to minimize the effects of damage from flooding and shellfire. The pontoons are to be attached by a system of "small clips" with a release inside the tank, to be engaged once it lands for ground combat operations. Speeds of 10 km/h in the water are to be expected with a range of 140 km. Propulsion in water will be through two propellers situated at the rear of the hull, powered by the tank's engine. Steering will be in control of the tank commander, who will operate a pair of rudders from the turret through cables. The crew is to include an on-board mechanic.A coaxial Type 97 light machine gun is to be added along with a second Type 97 light machine gun located in the tank's bow (Done) -Develop an AA/Artillery towable carriage for the type 10 120mm AA gun, with the recoil handled by hydro pneumatic mechanisms. (Done) -Develop an uparmored version of the type 89 I-Go. Have the armor increased to 25mm on the front, 16mm on the sides, and 8mm on the back. Call this version Type 89 I-Go-Kai. 1 turns, and speed will be reduced by 3mph (Done) -Develop a version of the Type 94 tankette with a flamethrower mounted as the main weapon instead of the machine-gun. (Done) (Name it Type 94-K) -Develop the Mitsubishi Zuisei engine into the MK2D Zuisei 21 Ha-102 with 1080 HP (done) -Develop the Mitsubishi Kinsei engine into the Ha-62 variant with 1560 HP (done) -Develop the Nakajima Ha-5 engine into the Ha-219 variant with 2541 HP (done) -Develop the Shohatsu landing craft into the Shohatsu-Kai landing craft by expanding it to a length of 15m, a beam of 3.20 meters, a draught of 0.80 meters, equipped with a 60hp engine (same as the original model) with the ability to carry up to 70 men or 10 tons of cargo. (done) -Begin development of a variant of the Chi-ha with the turret removed and in its place a casemate with a 75mm gun. The casemate itself is to be armored enough to protect the crew from small arms fire. (done) -Begin development of a chi-ha variant and call it the Chi-ha kai with an enlarged turret to accomodate a high velocity 47mm gun. (done) -Begin development of a new kind of shell with white phosphorus for clearing out areas of jungle or providing smoke cover. Turn 14 (cancel this, we have this already.) -Develop the Ki-27 into the Ki-27b variant (done) -Develop a flamethrower that can be easily mounted as secondary weapon on armored vehicles by easily replacing either hull or coaxical mounted machineguns. (done) -Develop the Aichi D3A into the D3A2 variant. (done) -Develop the A6M2 Mod.21 version from the A6M (done) -Develop the Ki-43-III-Otsu from the Ki-43 (done) -Develop the B5N into the B5N2 variant (done) -Develop the Ki-21-IIb from the Ki-21 (done) -Develop the Ki-49-IIb from the Ki-49 (done)
New Developments:
none
On-going Developments: -Develop a variant of the Ki-49 with the bomb compartment closed off, using it for space to place ground strike armament firing out from port side consisting of a 13.2mm quad MG mount, a quad 7.92mm MG (MG34) mount (preferably, the mounts are arranged in such a way that two barrels are on top of another pair) with a double 20mm Ho-5 autocannon (side by side mount).
1 turns
Diplomacy:
Send experts to share the knowledge on how to build boilers, turbines, specialized armor plating, and any other components needed to build a real warship to Venezuela, along with officers for naval aviation training, access to the D3A, B5N, and A6M2 Zero Mod.21 and aid regarding torpedos in exchange of the Santiago Island in the Galapagos along with a cultural exchange program.
On-going trade: Sell the Type 93 torpedo under licence to Argentina 110% for the first 200, 107.5% for the next 1000, and 105% for everything after that.(Percentage costs being paid going towards Japan, aka royalties) Sell the design of the Shinshu Maru to Germany for appropriate price Sell the Type 91 Torpedo under license to Italy with 107.5% of costs being paid going towards Japan. (royalties). Keep going with the production of 200 Type 90 75mm guns for Poland for appropriate price. Sell the Type 93 torpedo to the USA for production under license for 115% cost per torpedo.
Internal: Demand an Apology from the United States of America, demand a legal process take place against their Admiral, and, recall the fleet and military elements from South America.
Keep up the propaganda efforts to rile up the nation into an imperialistic and expansionist state in glory of the Emperor and Japan, moving most of these efforts into State Shintoism.
Have the Kempeitai and members from section 9 apprehend Commander Tojo, doing an overall revision of the Army to swear their loyalty (again, if they havent done so) to the Emperor and Japan, same for the Navy. Tojo is to undergo a court martial along with the captains of the ships that took part in the fight between Japanese forces and US forces. Finally, hold general emergency elections to decide who the next prime minister will be.
Operations: Yamashiro Matsuri Sakura Reality Kuro (ongoing)

República Bolivariana de Gran Colombia Turn 24 Government: Dictatorship Population: 16,874,000 GDP: $4.2 billion Currency: Gran Colombian Bolívar Shipyards:
Maracaibo Bay Shipyard: 15,000 ton capacity, 2 slip ways Arms companies: Esparta Armamentos y Ingeniería (Small arms production and design) Maracaibo Construcción Naval (Naval construction, design, and maintenance) Cielos de Los Llanos Aeronáuticas (Military aircraft production and design) Andes Armadura (Land vehicle production and design) Meteorito Arsenal (Artillery production and design) Civil Holdings:
Progreso Industrial Nacional Bolivariano (General management and supervision of civilian companies) Construction -Construct clinics and schools in Colombia. (2 turns) -Expand the Venezuelan National Railroad System to include Bogota, Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Cali. (3 turns) -Expand the Venezuelan National Road System to include Bogota, Cartagena, Barranquilla, and Cali. (1 turn) Internal Affairs -Officially announce the annexation of Colombia and Ecuador and declare the formation of the Bolivarian Republic of Gran Colombia! Change the flag and give a speech explaining the need to for South Americans to unite under a stronger state to protect against foreign imperialism, to get the respect we deserve in this world. Condemn communism and oligarchies and paint them as the ultimate evil in this world, which is the reason a Venezuelan earns twice the wage of a Colombian or Ecuadorian, because the Colombian and Ecuadorian government filled their pockets for their own self-interests and didn't let the countries grow to what they could become, just slaves to foreign governments and in the end a puppet of the U.S.S.R. -Give all Colombians and Ecuadorians Gran Colombian citizenship. -Give all previous Ecuadorian citizens income tax exemptions for 6 months and cite the reason for doing so as Ecuador getting the worst of the fighting in the Reunification War. -Process all prisoners of war under these guidelines. All, and I mean ALL, soldiers that migrated from Spain shall be sent to forced labor camps and if they openly express their communist and socialist ideas, executed. All others shall be let free to return to their homes but they shall be offered a position in the army with an initial sign up bonus equivalent to 2 months of salary as a first corporal (equivalent to just corporal in the U.S Army). -Bury all Colombian and Ecuadorian soldiers that died in the war honorably in military cemeteries. Cite the reason for this as, “They were either protecting what they thought was right, or they were forced to fight for a corrupt government out of their own free will. Either way, they were not evil, they had great courage which is why they will be buried with honor. They fought just as hard and honorably as our armies out there.”, but make sure to exempt any Spanish soldiers from this luxury. -Open up all of Ecuador and Colombia to investment through Venezuela’s state capitalist system of joint stock companies between the government and private individuals. -Shift current agricultural subsidies into industrial development subsidies for both Colombian and Ecuadorian major cities in addition to increasing the subsidy funds by 100%. Foreign Affairs -Sell 220 Manticora CLV1 Modelo 1935s to Chile and 15 to Cuba. -Send diplomats to every single ‘legitimate’ country around the world for them to recognize the formation of the new nation of Gran Colombia. -Sign a treaty with Peru to partition Ecuadorian land and captured assets. All military equipment captured by either side shall remain legally theirs as spoils of war and Peru shall receive all land south of the Machala line, basically everything south of a line stretching from the city of Machala to the Peruvian border. -Make a deal with Japan. This deal will give Isla Santiago in the Galapago Islands to Japan in exchange for them sending experts in naval technology to share naval knowledge to Venezuelan shipbuilders on how to make all the components needed for a ship including, but not limited to, specialized armor plating, turbines, boilers, naval artillery, etc. The Japanese experts will also oversee the construction of facilities that will produce these components. They will be in Venezuela for a total of 6 months doing these tasks until their duties are taken up by people they have educated and mentored. Military -Build 1 Piar Class Destroyer in Maracaibo Bay Shipyard (1 turn) -Disband the Plainsman Cavalry regiments. -Buy 200 A6Ms from The Empire of Japan.150% construction price for the first 50, and then lowered to 110% for all other subsequent planes. -Begin pumping the military full of militaristic propaganda made to get them into a fanatically loyal view of the regime and to think of fighting for the republic as the most honorable thing a man can do, just next to dying for it. Make surrender made out to be a cowardly act that no self-respecting Gran Colombian could ever do. This all will be facilitated by propaganda officers from The Ministry of Interior Justice and Peace with the help of Bolivarian National Intelligence Service, otherwise known as S.E.B.I.N. -Start giving all officers within the Venezuelan military basket-hilted broadswords about 95 centimeters in length and about 1.1 kilograms in weight. They are to represent their social status, honor, and command authority over their men. Anyone over the rank of Colonel is expected to buy their own custom ones, as their salary is quite high. Require officers not operating directly in dense vegetation to wear their blades at all times. -Buy a production license for the Isotta Fraschini IF 183 57-litre petrol W18 engine from Italy. -Re-designate the 75mm/20 HCM Modelo 1936 to the 75mm/20 CH Modelo 1936. -Buy 50,000 M1 Garands chambered in 7.92 x 57mm Mauser from the U.S.A at 110% construction price plus shipping. -Refit 5,000 M1921 Thompsons into Thompson Modelo 1935s. -Produce 20,000 Thompson Modelo 1935s. -Produce 30,000 M1918 BARs. -Produce 500 40mm/L60 CAA Modelo 1935s. -Produce 200 Fénix CLV1 Modelo 1938. -Produce 50 TP-46 transport planes. Shit hits the fan in Scandinavian
Haakon lives (and Elizabeth too) At the start of the month of October, Norway and Denmark where still in mourning. The majority of House Glücksburg had been lost and it seems a foreign monarch with some sort of relation to the House would take the throne. But on the 8 of October, news rang out through both nations. Haakon the VII lives (and Elizabeth too) He was found in a in the farmhouse of a lonely old couple. They don't have a radio nor do they usually go into town , save during the harvest season. When interviewed they say the found the King laying on the edge of one of their fields clutching the his Great Niece,Princess Elizabeth, in his arms. He'd retained sverval bullet wounds, however many were glancing and those that did hit where clean hits. However it took many months for the King to recover and when finally found by the authorities, he was weak and would require additional treatment and rest but is projected to be in good enough health by mid-November. Princess Elizabeth, on the other hand, had no physical injuries but it is unknown what psychological effects this event has had for the young girl.
Queen Maud dies On the 20th of November, Queen Maud died of heart failure. 4 days before she'd had an operation to remove her apedenix and had been steadily recovering. Her husband, recently released from the hospital, had been making his way to visit but arrived after her death.
The King’s speech After time has been given to King Haakon for recuperation and to come to terms over the death of his wife, the King was made King of both Denmark and Norway. In his following speech, he shared the anger that the populous have against Communists and against the Soviet Union, as many think they are the cause of the attacks. As the speech continued, it gave way to a call for the Kalmarunionen to be reformed in a effort to keep another attack like this from happening. While this idea wasn't widely popular, it evidently passed both parliaments with head spinning speed and while initially there was many questioning the legitimacy of the vote, the arrival of British and German troops on Christmas day lead the question to become “Why the fuck are these guys marching in, saying the Norwegians killed the Royal family and why are they ignoring the government!?”
For Fucks sake Canada Australians tried to blow up Oslo, they failed because they're Australians pretending to be Russians…. Who are currently communist…. And who are being blamed for the terrorist attack on Denmark…. Sucks to be Dom

The Anglo-German"Intervention" in Denmark While the internal events taking place in Denmark and Norway where taking up the focus of each country's population, the British were telling anyone and everyone that the attacks were part of a Norwegian plot to take over Denmark. So it wasn't surprising that the British decided to “provide aid” and attempt to land troops on the former Danish mainland. And they evidently roped Hitler into it as well, as German troops attempted to cross the border. After a brief fight in the straits as the navy of the Kalmarunionen attempted to turn away the British forces came under fire, the cities of Frederikshavn, Aalborg, Aarhus and Horsen were occupied by British divisions. Copenhagen had a sizable defensive force and swiftly captured the troops attempting to land. To the South, Germans attempting to cross the border were either captured or shot at with few casualties and no deaths.
Other information In the global community, many are looking at the actions of the British and their dominion as aggressive and neighbors to the Kalmarunionen protest British action and recognize the new country. (Sweden, Finland, and the Netherlands currently)
"Norwegian" Casualties 2 Eidsvold-class coastal defence ships damaged 1 Sleipner class destroyer critical damaged 184 dead 417 wounded
German casualties 29 wounded

Attack on the Panama Canal A attack on the Panama canal's Atlantic lock has halted trade in the region for 6 months, forcing ships to go around the entirety of South America to trade across the Americas. The attackers used torpedo attack boats armed with torpedoes and rockets. The fact the US forces at the Canal failed to defend it has caused some in the global community, and in the nation of Panama itself, to request the passing of ownership of the Canal to another stable power in the region.

Turn 24, the Accounting:
Japan: -Constructions of stuff x 400 units in 1 turn -Japan is now richer in islands, Gran Colombia is now richer in tech/industry... see guys! we can all just get along! -America is yelled at -Korea and Japan are informed about the dangers of the Red menace -KSDF is formed, in the future this date shall be celebrated -The emperor is revered, though many in the public question the wisdom of expansion and empire in light of recent setbacks. Savvy, newly relevant, elected officials "interpret" the 'imperial expansion' prerogative in commercial terms to both enrich their districts and to get the public to stop throwing rotten fruit at them when the subject is raised. -Secret police rather publicly bring to justice those who so recently shamed Japan in the eyes of the world -elections will be held! Japan will be made great again! *political mouth frothing ensues* (you're invited to suggest a candidate or two as Pman and I throw together ideas)

I just don't want to be responsible for thinking of West German towns other than Bremerhaven. -1000 medals are handed out amongst much pomp and circumstance, Goebbels is idiotically happy with a film project, some of the veterans have mixed feelings about their new employment but enough are willing to make the project "work". *-Developments:

Mexico: - Cardenas confuses everyone by reversing his previously socialist policies and favoring the wealthy - Jackboot polish disappears from store shelves - Trostky is besmirched, and suddenly difficult to find - Arrests of people "casting off their oppressors" result in more crowds of angry demonstrators throwing fruit, not less - the arrested choose agricultural labor, unsurprisingly most of them are freed by their angry countrymen and their jailers intimidated or beaten as necessary to effect their release - Traditional Mexican strategy of buying off the military for use against the common people is employed... I hope you realize that the people know what's coming next - ^ starts making sense in Mexican
