Finnish speech regarding recent attacks
With the latest attacks on Finnish soil, one must question the integrity of the world. Finland turned a blind eye in trust, and it backfired. Finland is announcing lock-down, these belligerents will be captured and persecuted to the fullest extent of the law! Suspicions arise of the hibernating bear rising from its slumber, as the attack could very well have been Soviet advisers on the inside, but we must not turn a blind eye to the French, who also had advisers on the inside as well. However unlikely such scenarios are, we must not ignore such possibilities. Finnish neutrality may come to an end soon, a grueling thought but a realistic one that should not be overlooked. If the time comes, Finland will be ready, we have proven ourselves on the battlefield, once taking the punches from Soviet forces with great succession, wearing their knuckles down to the bone, and once again we will be prepared to repeat the same fate but with greater force! Measures as well have been taken against the possibility of France being the culprit, it will be unknown grounds and a grueling task to go up against the forces of NATO, but if necessary Finland will go through life and death to achieve justice! Stepping back to look at the recent events in America, we must also consider the terrorist group known as “OPEKA”, if they are to be found to be the cause of this, they will be stomped down and brushed off the face of Finland like cockroaches. Major nations of the world, you must know that Finland can be a great ally in war, whoever the belligerents are, we welcome the opposing powers in our search for justice.

Diplomacy:
Denounce the attack on the Empire State Building as an act of extreme treachery and cowardice. The action served no purpose except to slaughter innocent civilians. Those who carried out the attack are criminals. Worthy of neither pity, nor mercy. The fact that they have not stepped forward to take responsibility for their actions only serves to demonstrate quality. They have no honor, no integrity and no courage. All of France cries for justice and justice will come to those who hide in the shadow of this evil attack. We pledge every resource we can muster, to aid the United States in bringing those responsible to light. We will stand with our allies.
Announce Frances intention to send ships to join the international fleet exercise being lead by the USA. The second "Great White Fleet" as it is being called with be joined by the French aircraft carrier Foch, the cruiser Colbert, 6 T-47 class Destroyers, and 6 Commandant Rivière class Frigates.
France will also commit its technologies and expertise to the MBT-70 program.

Order increased security around French national landmarks, especially the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre. Have local police increase foot patrols around these areas day and night. Also perform regular sweeps with dog teams looking for any signs of explosive devices. Have French airforce bases around Paris ready to scramble fighters at a moments notice. Their mission being to intercept and if necessary, shoot down any civilian aircraft behaving suspiciously. Civilian air traffic controllers are to immediately report any aircraft not answering to instructions from ground controllers.
Announce plans to bring Richelieu and Jean Bart out of mothball and modernized for service with the French Navy. This is part of a much larger defense plan which will see the expansion and modernization of the French Navy. In the event of a total war scenario, the French Navy will be expected to maintain control of the sealanes in the North Sea, North Atlantic as well as Mediterranean. The expansion of the French Navy will also see an increase in the nuclear capabilities of the French military.
Begin work on Richelieu and Jean Bart. The goal being to get the ships back up to limited operation so the ships may make the ocean crossing to the United States. Only critical systems such as engines need to be made operational.

Military
Construction-Begin repair and replacement of all damaged and lost materials within the Indian army. Domestic Affairs-Hold a large military parade in the five highest populated cities, using nearby army corps. They will be in celebration of the total Indian victory over Pakistan. Various important government officials will give speeches all around the concept of not only a new dawn for India, but for the entire South Asian region. -Establish a new position within the Indian executive administration, the Premier. A largely ceremonial position, the Premier will be the face of the Indian administration, and will have both civil and military honors. General Arjun, a commander from the Indian attack on Pakistan, will be given the honor of the presidency. -Spread media: news, pamphlets, posters, television shows, books, etcetera, about India’s victory over Pakistan and the new Premier, General Arjun. Diplomacy-Impose the follow treaty upon the now occupied Pakistan. - Pakistan will be partitioned into X new states, each having independent militaries, and governments. They will have complete autonomy from the former bounds of the Pakistani government, and all vestiges of the old nation shall be destroyed. The Pakistani military will be dissolved and each state may recruit their own militaries from those veterans that return. Each state will be allowed to form their own constitution and reorganize their governments after Indian organization, so long as it has Indian approval. The following will be the new states and their geographical areas:
- Principality of Bahawalpur. The former Nawab Amir, Sadeq Mohammed Khan V will be reinstated as leader of the of principality. They will govern over the borders of the former Princely State of Bahawalpur.
- Islamic Republic of Punjab. A religious and civil leader will be elected, among the nation’s people, with an Indian governor ruling the territory until that election. This nation will govern the rest of the Punjab territory not taken by the Bahawalpur.
- Reinstate the five princely states of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Amb, Chitral, Dir, Phulra, and Swat, into the Princely Confederation of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Each principality will have self-government, but their foreign and military policy will be decided by the combined government of the confederation. Any territory not covered by one of the princely states in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region will be directly administered by the confederation government. This government will be given the territory of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Instate the a protected tribal area on the borders of the former administrated tribal area in Pakistan. All vestiges of former administration of the tribal area will be removed, and no sovereign nation will have rule over the tribes. Officially, India will occupy the region, but only two infantry regiments, newly formed and recruited, will be placed on the borders of the tribal area to prevent invasion from Afghanistan or an attack from within.
- Principality of Kalat, ruling over the borders of the former Kalat principality, with the former Khan, Belgar Begi Mir Agha Suleiman Jan being returned to power.
- Principality of Kharan, ruling over the borders of the former Kharan principality, with the former Khan, Nawab Mir Habibullah Khan Nousherwani returned to power.

Those that remain will be given Indian citizenship and the full privileges of an Indian citizen, regardless of religion. [/li][li]The Islamabad Capital Territory will be entirely evacuated, forcibly. The city will be destroyed, and whatever remains will be used as a testing ground for experimental Indian weapons. This territory will be ceded to the Indian government, and completely forbidden to civilian visitors. Only Indian military and government personnel will be allowed within the borders of the territory.
