Median Coastal States
Its economy consists mostly of subsistence aquaculture and fishing exports. Median Coasties, as they are derogatorily known, are well known amongst the whaling and merchant fleets of maritime nations, as many seek employment elsewhere to build up personal wealth before returning home, marrying, and making households back in the MCS.
There is little infrastructure, except community maintained ports hardly large enough to accommodate a merchantman.
United Median Emirates
A confederation of princes and client state of the Imperial Rossiyan Hegemony.

Empire of Tianxia
A rising power, recently taken over by the Pingu Dynasty. Their immense population, huge population centers, and gigantic army makes them a threat to be considered. Their state religion encourages worship of the Tianxia Emperor, which has intensified since the arrival of the new dynasty. They see themselves as the center of the world, especially given their long, and powerful, history. WIP

Small rump state created as a result of the Median Secession Crisis. It is a Republic with little power, whose existence is only a result of the threat of great power intervention should the United Median Emirates attempt invasion.

Their military is entirely militia based, raised only in time of war. However, much of the population is well-trained by the expierenced veterans of the war of their independence.
