This is the Rules Sheet and Sign Up area for Wings of Freedom. This will be updated before the start of the RP.
Roleplay Rules:
We will be posting turns every week. You will have the weekdays to post your turns and send your covert operations and the weekends will be used to moderate. Exceptions are allowed under special circumstances. Each turn will last a varying amount of time that the moderator will inform you of in the moderations. It can be anywhere from a day to six months, depending on the urgency of the player’s operations. You will have no say in the length of the ‘moderated time’ in game.
This game will be following Disney canon, HOWEVER, tech and tech details will largely be from legends and canon. Because Disney canon is fairly new, it has relatively little in the way of tech and design, so we will be using Legends to supplement that. This includes droids, ships, weapons, and anything that isn’t organic. However, all important events and situations leading up to the RP will be following Disney canon.

Sebastian will act as a moderator and will play as a player. He moderates turn operations and determines events. Kerkov will act as every non-player faction, and will write out events in a Star Wars entertainment fashion. Kerkov will also moderate Sebastian’s turn in order to prevent bias.
Player turns will consist of three parts: Status, Operations, and Extra. Status is basically a small summary of all your resources, people, morale, connections, and anything else that might be of use. You decide on the contents of your status in your sign up sheet and the moderator will modify it as the game goes on. After the Sign up, you will do nothing but copy and paste the status that your moderator writes in your turn moderations. Operations are the active part of your turn. For each you must write: Who is doing what, What are they doing, Where are they doing it, How are they doing it. It consists of four different kind of operations, routine, basically ones that happen every turn such as producing Tibanna gas in a secret station or smuggling weapons across a certain hyperspace corridor. There are also Combat and Non-Combat operations, which are fairly self explanatory, and finally there are Covert Operations. Covert operations aren’t necessarily secret operations, you can do secret operations in combat and non-combat, Covert operations are operations you want secret from the other players. Finally, extra. Extra is completely player choice. It has only one section: Lore. You can choose to add lore to the game by writing entertaining blurbs about your operations, organization, or characters and adding this to your turns. Oftentimes, these will be incorporated into the events.
If a player wants to take part, they must create a sign up sheet based on the following format:
For every turn, they must follow this format:
Most importantly, remember to have fun. If you want to write out a lot of details for your operation, you’ll get detailed moderations, if you don’t, you won’t. You won’t be penalized. This is meant to be a largely easy going RP where we can make things up as we go to keep up the good spirits.
Name: (The name of your organization.)
Home Base: (Where is your base located? The underworld of Coruscant? A nomadic transport ship travelling across the Hydian Way? The southern jungles of Felucia? Be specific, but also keep in mind, as a dissident cell you will at some point have to move.)
Personnel Numbers: (Amount of trained soldiers, militia men, maintenance crew, privateers, Politicians, double-agents, spies, scouts, merchants, doctors, any profession and their level of training and how many of them you have, be as specific as you like.)
Supplies: (How much food and water do you have? How much ship fuel? Ammunition? Ship parts? Medical Supplies? Please look at the turn format so you know how to properly format this section.)
Equipment: (How many fuel droids? Gonk droids? Crew droids? Small Arms? Battle droids? Heat Generators?(If you’re on a freezing planet such as Ilum) Shield Generators? (To survive the acid rains of Parnassos!) Construction Droids? So many other useful items I can’t even begin to summarize? Number and Type.)
Ships/Vehicles: (List your starships, be they cruisers, bombers, star fighters, or freighters, and your vehicles, artillery pieces, tanks, speeders, or even Bantha mounts. Type and number.)
Connections: (List what important people you know, your relations with various companies, crime groups, or other rebel cells. List what alliances or agreements that already exist between you and others, even list what ever plants/secret operatives you might have within the Imperial government. These can be fictional or from wookieepedia, but be reasonable.)
Named Characters: (List out a few characters you deem important enough to your story that they should earn a spotlight in the events. Their name, role, and an “about” section are helpful. If you are not interested in doing lore, just put in the bare minimum.)
About the Organization: (Another required point, please write a little bit about your organization, including the structure, the purpose, the history, and anything else you might deem important.)

For every turn, they must follow this format:
Status
Personnel: (The amount and type of sentient personnel that are apart of your organization, be they double agents or a simple soldier, administrator, officer, etc.)
Reputation: (Reputation as set by the moderator. This is essentially a sentence that summarizes how outsiders view your cell/group. For the first turn, you will have no reputation.)
Connections: (List what important people you know, your relations with various companies, crime groups, or other rebel cells. List what alliances or agreements that already exist between you and others, even list what ever plants/secret operatives you might have within the Imperial government.)
Morale: (The overall feeling of your organization. Once against, this is a sentence that summarizes the status of your morale. For the first turn you will have a morale of “neutral”)
Resources: (This includes your equipment, your supplies, and your ships/vehicles. List it all out here. For supplies, they all operate on a level status that goes as follows: None/Very Low/Low/Adequate/High/Very High/Full. eg. Medical Supplies: Low, Ship Fuel: None, Ship Parts: Very High. These are important to morale, and for conducting operations, even the most ordinary ones, will require these.)
Operations
Routine: (These are operations that are done every turn. Stuff that continually happens. You can add or remove them, but if the time of moderation encompasses enough time for a routine operation to go to its completion, it will then restart. Examples would be a smuggling route, harvesting Tibanna gas, manufacturing weapons, administering a farm, training soldiers, etc.)
Combat: (Any singular operation that involves combat. Fairly simple.)
Non-Combat: (Any singular operation that does not involve combat.)
Covert: (Operations you want hidden from OTHER PLAYERS. Most if not all of your normal operations will be hidden from the Empire, so this is not that kind of place. This is only for hiding from other players, for whatever reason.)
Extra
Lore: (Add lore if you want, don’t if you don’t want.)
