- Throw money, college students and researchers at the continued study of the alien objects found on Imazighen.
- Endorse the current strategy of capturing the criminal scum of Ve, with the proviso that excursions into Osean Territory at least be granted a notification to local authorities

- Owing to their cooperative nature and pleasant relations, officially recognize Xi’an Yao's "independence" and status as a protectorate. In short, they're free to govern themselves as they always have, and in recognition of our eternal friendship, Tamaz will bear the burden of defense and foreign relations on behalf of Xi’an Yao. Prefential trade arrangements will remain in place for continued work in system, both for practicality and diplomacy. 
- Recognize the patriotism of both proponents on the issue of Tribal prominence and acknowledge that the time has come for the codification of what exactly makes a tribe. From this time forward a tribe may be recognized as any organization of individuals in excess of 50,000 members. As such, those without tribes, are free to from new ones. Much as one might form a political party, workers union, or club. The tribes will be represented in an advisory legal body of 250 seats with the 100 largest tribes guaranteed a seat each and the next 150 seats elected by tribes smaller than the largest 100. Maximum 1 representative per tribe. Tribes are free to establish their own membership criteria, as such tribes with excessively restrictive membership run the risk of losing members to tribes with more open membership. Prior existing tribes under the membership criteria are not unrecognized as such so much as would likely find forming alliances to their benefit. The 50,000 member number is required for the formation and legal recognition of a new tribal organization. Should membership later fall below 50,000 members, the tribe does not cease to exist, though it likely lacks for anything resembling real political power. 
- As the criminals from Ve remain at large and a threat to all that is good and Tamaz, endorse the construction of two new porters and a new essex class cruiser, as well as beginning construction on a replacement exploration vessel. 


Diplomacy:

- Broadcast to the "Free Stellar Consortium" an accounting of the crimes of the escaped government of Ve and place substantial bounties on the heads of the individuals in question (3x for live capture and delivery). In addition, inform them that failure to deliver their own peaceful law abiding people from these criminals will result in the freedom loving law abiding people of Tamaz coming to the rescue. Armed. 

- Owing to their similar recent discovery of artifacts of non-human origin, allow exchanges of information between Tamaz and Osean xenoarchaeologists, other asipiring xeno studies personnel from foreign stars are to be received, thoroughly investigated, allowed to theory craft, and allowed nowhere near the discoveries at first. Cooperative, screened individuals will be assured of their opportunity to investigate the discoveries "soon" as soon as Tamaz scientists have assessed the location as "safe" (and scurried away anything with obvious and immediate military potential). Afterwards they're allowed to do their research largely unmolested, albeit with access contingent on their sharing of findings
   

Military Deployments:

-The active military is to split time on anti-piracy patrol and "exercising" near the border with the "Free Stellar Consortium" any "incidents" perpetrated by FSC shipping is to be met with extreme prejudice. Tamaz bounty hunters fleeing FSC space with criminals from Ve are to be offered any and all assistance, should the FSC protest, repeat the listing of crimes mentioned. Should the FSC fire, add the crews of the FSC ships to the list of criminals and "attempted murder, piracy, and assault" to the list of crimes then proceed to mete out the punishment for piracy (death) with extreme prejudice. We are a law loving people.  


Research:

-Owing to lack of progress, research on new ship designs has been scrapped and instead a catalog has been ordered from Brummer Fleet solutions, ideally with pretty pictures

-Research community to be directed to Xeno archaeology and possible applications

-Researchers utterly unsuited to the above shall be tasked with sussing out the mysteries of Jump drives and why ours aren't any better than they were 5 years ago, progress! Not just a watch word for social justice types!


Development:

- Develop a fighter class vehicle for deployment in the same manner as fighters (bays/CAM ships/Carriers) specifically designed for attacking either ground targets or large spaceborne targets such as infrastructure and Capital ships. Such a "fighter" to be called an "attack" craft.

- Survey active ships and crews among military and civilian auxiliaries and look for which ships are proving most fuel efficient and try to determine the root their efficiency. Is their crew doing something the right way? Does a vessel have a reactor design quirk that's advantageous and can be replicated? See who is doing the best and look for ways to propagate the virtue throughout the fleet and civilian sector.

- Owing to our recent difficulties with mine warfare, now seems as good a time as any to investigate a proper mine clearing doctrine, as well as developing the machinery to implement it.
