Military:
In order to be able to increase Ecumene shipyard capabilities Dvitsa shipyards & Transport Co and Hexiron will work together to produce 4 new orbital shipyards able to build ships of 800 metres in length
To boost the Ecumene defenses a series of 4 orbital defense stations will be built, 2 for Ghibalb and 2 for Threshold
1 Erickson exploration vessel shall be ordered, as well as 2 more F-304 fighter wings and 1 porter class frigate

Economy:
To boost the new Ecumene economy a multitude of new companies shall be established to service the needs of the people in many sectors, they will be listed below with their company specialties:
Arez Motors Company, produces automobiles and various engines
Plachna & Company Manufacturing, produces forestry, agricultural, and construction vehicles
Zhrastov Foundry, produces heavy industrial equipment for factories, and general industrial machinery
Other smaller companies are of course created for the other sectors but these are the main ones currently

To better the new Ecumene companies for business and promoting these companies 49% of Arez Motors Company, Plachna & Company Manufacturing, and Zhrastov Foundry will be put up to the private markets, leaving 51% state ownership
To encourage Ecumene companies and improve the business science within Ecumene space prices from Ecumene products will be lessened slightly and tariffs on foreign goods that are something that the Ecumene are able to produce in excess will be increased, however things that the Ecumene aren't able to produce in larger numbers will not receive higher tariffs
All of the recently created companies within Ecumene territory, private or state, will be subject to newly drafted regulations and rules in order to keep facilities running at at least 70% efficiency

Internal Affairs:
The people are to be reassured that the caste system is not outdated and allows for governance to be carried out more efficiently, and reminds all that the castes are all equal in social standing, and that people from every caste can work their way up the social ladder to their dreams
The first large scale expedition and exploration into unknown space shall be launched, utilizing the 2 Erickson exploration vessels with a guard of 2 F-304 fighter wings, one for each eastward into C17 and D17, searching for habitable planets and possibly more resources. Should these be discovered small colonial missions and space stations will be established to enforce Ecumene claims on the systems
The Ecumene will lay claim to D15, Methi, and launch a force of 1 Exeter class cruiser, 2 porter class frigates, and 2 F-304 fighter wings to secure the system, any inhabited local governments will be offered to join the Ecumene, promising to be protected by the Ecumene military and grow more economically prosperous

Turn 2 - 2377
Osean Federation:
-The Ungoliant system accepts the apology of the Osean Federation, but it will maintain its mutual defense pact with the governments of the Orlon and 3095 Vespae systems.
-Companies are contracted, and the construction is started. Professional estimates place the completion time of the project at 2379.
-Several university and non-profit groups participate in this cooperation with the Osean navy, even some non-Osean groups from outside the nation. Although this might cause extra strain military logistics, strategists believe Osean exploration/scientific expeditions in the future will increase in safety, scale, and accuracy.
-It is done, a small increase in civilian shipping is noted by the Osean ministry of finance.
-He is reprimanded. (Very naughty)
-Exercises are done. No casualties or collisions, and the parties that prove they are able to perform maneuvers with the naval vessels are signed on for future scientific and exploratory missions with the Osean navy.
-Rules of engagement were disseminated among the ranks and taught to new cadets.
-After eight months of search, the Porter vessel is not found. The G10 square is currently being explored, but no habitable systems have been found so therefore the square has not been declared discovered. After months of survey and on-world investigation, both planetoids are considered Gemini planetoids, extremely similar climate, environmental conditions, and gravities. Neither are determined to be especially rich in any of the high value minerals, although contains some more mundane deposits. However, they have high nutrient soil, and a record 22% of the combined surface areas of the moons are considered arable land. Meaning that agricultural goods and Kepler carbon could be high value commodities produced in this system.

Osean Federation Events:
-Public outcry as piracy increases all over Osean territories causing a whopping 8% drop in merchant shipping and a 13% drop in passenger flights. Various lobbyists for shipping and passenger liner companies have petitioned the Osean government for: convoy escorts by Osean military vessels, an amendment to the law preventing arming civilian vessels to allow companies and corporations to do so with licenses by the Osean government, and for the Osean military to conduct anti-piracy operations.
-Military officers and government think tanks are making noise about the Osean navy investing in a dedicated carrier design, many of them having read the new Tarmazian carrier doctrine. Although this is met with some backlash by others in the fleet who believe that the fleet should continue with their gunship-heavy technique as carriers were phased out of the Federated States’ fighting doctrine for good reason.

Federation of New Colombia:
-You’ve finished this already.
-Your congress agrees to the construction of the ships but advises the president to cut down on Naval build up as it is starting to put a strain on the New Colombian government budget. The ships are completed by 2379.
-The Exeter is put into the dockyard for repairs. The ship is re-fitted and repaired by 2379.
-After extension intelligence gathering and civilian scouting, a report has been submitted to the executive and legislative branches of the FNC government, containing general estimates of enemy strength. Two pirate fleets work in an uneasy neutrality in the system. The first fleet is garnered to be at, two space station hideouts, three Porter vessels and eighteen arms-fitted merchant vessels, and the second has one extremely modified Exeter, a Porter, and fifteen arms-fitted merchant vessels.
-Discussions are underway.
-It is done, three arms-fitted merchant vessels are apprehended/destroyed. Piracy decreases in some frequency, but is still active.
-The suit is designed and tested by 2379. It is considered a great success, and is considered the latest in outer-space individual combat. It is readied for mass-production with various New Colombian companies. Once produced, and a special branch/division/regiment is outfitted with it, New Colombian troops will be able to conduct advanced boarding operations beyond that of other nations due to this technological advantage.
-This proposal is considered an impossible task as there is no miniaturized FTL technology that small in existence. All current FTL vessels are at least one hundred meters in size, so current FTL reactors and thrusters are quite large. Therefore, such tech would have to be researched first.

Federation of New Colombia Events:
-A wave of religiosity has overtaken the New Colombian nation as a new religion, born from the small cults of Astral Paganism, takes the country by storm. This religion being the Faith of Stellarum, a religious belief revolving around ancestor worship, that these ancestors live in the stars, and that the stars guide those still living. The Sinmore system in particular has had a huge increase in this type of worship, going from 0.2% of the population to 9% in just one year, with a projected 39.4% of the population in the next five years. This has caused some friction between Christians and Muslims against these Astral Ancestorians.
-Corruption! A recent expose by one of the FNC’s largest private News Corps. has revealed a huge ring of corruption in regional level offices in the 2807 Wei Xiu system. This has caused social unrest and large protests at regional government offices and even at federal government offices. Many activist leaders are demanding the government do something about the confirmed corrupt officials that have not yet resigned and those suspected of corruption.


The Ecumene:
-Order will be complete by 2381.
-This is done, the companies still suffer and private corporations placate only a little, still keeping in their domestic conglomerates.
-This does very little whatsoever, as you so acutely point out, the tariffs add very little to Ecumene producers and the money generated is very small, since most Ecumene already purchased domestically. This is because what little products you produced in excess were already at a net-export advantage, meaning the only products of this type that were imported were imported because of luxury value or for the fact they are made in a certain way by the foreign producer. All you did was make some Ecumene consumers pissed off.
-Most companies are efficient, as they are companies attempting to make money. Your “efficiency” regulations actually add more bureaucratic red tape to the process and in an ironic twist, decrease production efficiency in Ecumene factories.
-People who believe in the caste system continue believing in it, those who do not believe in the system continue not believing it. This has no discernable effect.
-The Erickson vessels do the exploration of the sectors on their own,as the F-304 fighter squadrons have no FTL capability nor carrier vessels to use them with. The Erickson, after eight months of search, discovers a habitable system with one terrestrial, Earth-sized planet with a breathable atmosphere. Without a science ship, no further geological survey could be fully conducted. This star system is called Elyon. C17 is now discovered. The second Erickson continues exploring the D17 sector for a habitable star system.
-The claim is made internationally, and the strike force is sent. Of the singular inhabited planet, two of the three governments supported Ecumene annexation, leading to a four day civil war, ending with the planetary bombardment of the third government by the Ecumene fleet. Some economic and population loss has occurred, but the 5485 Monocerotis system is now under Ecumene control.
-Project A293 makes some developmental progress, but fails to see any practical research.
-Scientists and researchers working on Project J251 make significant design and foundational research progress in the field.
(Progress means the likelihood of the rolls going in your favor increases. Setbacks do the opposite.)

Ecumene Events:
-Companies are leaving Ecumene space en mass as trading, shipping, and passenger liner corporations suffer from increased pirate activity all around, military companies that aren’t part of the state syndicate or the Brummer Fleet Solutions conglomerate cannot compete in the market, and vehicle manufacturers struggle in a crowded market. This has caused a recession in the Ecumene nation as unemployment increases. This causes all military construction to increase 1 turn. (Please increase all construction times by one turn/year, except those that already complete this turn)
-Because of their inability to be accepted among the majority of the population, and seeing no future in a nation with rising unemployment, those opposed to the caste system are emigrating in droves to the new planet that has been discovered by the Ecumene government, a fact revealed to them by a leaked datapacket. Despite government warnings to not travel to the planet, these people are arriving on the planet. They are hoping to live self-sufficiently and free from the economic and social systems of the Ecumene nation, but unwilling to leave the Ecumene nation for fear of the anarchic and pirate infested area inhabited the space between the Ecumene and other nations.

Tarmaz Confederation:
-The destroyers will start construction once the first batch are complete. These will be complete by 2381.
-The fighter order will be completed by government industries and is on track to finish by 2380. The equipment is being constructed and recruitment drives are underway and are on track to be completed by 2380. Without any available yards, the Yao must wait until an open yard to be constructed. However, a civilian naval yard can be contracted to construct the vessel, pending government congressional/tribal confederation/council approval.
-The planetary governments accept your apology, and welcome your offers of embassies and formalized relations.
-Military movements are made. Hawks pleased.
-Research Completed.
-Harried researchers praised. Improved designs under way.
-A CVL Doctrine is devised. It is Being the first one devised for space combat in over one hundred and fifty years, it is widely circulated throughout the entire galaxy, and has prompted questions by fleet officers of all nations of introducing carriers into their navies.
-The Erickson Science Vessel is returned by one of the planetary governments, however the Erickson Exploration Vessel is kept by another one of the planetary governments, for they wish for something in return.

Tarmaz Confederation Events:
-The stability of this new government is already under threat as various tribes in the confederation raise concerns over the increased piracy in the region. Some tribes have gone on to outfit civilian vessels with small-scale armaments to protect passenger ships and cargo ships of companies that cater to their tribes or are of their tribes. Some independence radicals are even trying to twist this downturn in the security of the nation into their own bids for separating their tribes from the confederation.
-Independently of the Tarmazian government, many of the major culture groups and tribes have formed a inter-tribal games event, to take place every three years. Each tribe will gather its best sportsmen, in various games of the body and mind, to earn ribbons of first, second, third, and fourth place. It has been a great success, with over 40% of tribes in Tarmaz participating, and around 60% promising to attend the next Tarmazian Inter-tribal Games.

Interstellar Events:
-Using the huge increase in piracy, the Free Republic of Courel has expanded into three systems, and has vastly expanded its military primarily through purchases from the Federated States of the Galaxy. This has caused concern from its neighboring nations such as the Merchant Republic of Hailil that this will provoke a response from the pirate factions and crime organizations.
-Radical groups are spawning across the galaxy as new governments attempt to pick up the pieces of the FSG. Some hoping to bring back the old governance of the Sol system, others hoping for radical social and economic change in the wake of the collapse of the old system. A further complication for these infant nations in an already complicated situation.
