Diplomacy:
Thank France for sending the military mission and give the mission a warm welcome ceremony before learning everything they know from them.

Request to purchase 35 Renault FT’s from France to enhance the armored corps to have a full armored battalion formed using the Renault FT. Divided into four armored companies consisting of 12 Renault FT’s each along with supporting personnel.

Internal:
Send the battleships Nagato and Mutsu loaded with relief supplies to the areas afflicted by the Great Kano Earthquake, they are to be accompanied by several nationalized cargo vessels as well as 4 Natsushima class minesweepers loaded with relief supplies as well. Escorts for the large formation are to be 3 Nagara class cruisers and 14 Minekaze and 8 Momi class destroyers all carrying relief supplies as well in favor



Procurement:
Request the Naval Department to release their proposed budget and needs for the 1924-1925 fiscal year, as well as what they plan to procure. Request the same from the Army Department as well.

Authorize and begin construction of 4 1-go class destroyers, and 3 W1 class minesweepers
